Interaction Studies

String database results suggest that primary genes and IHC markers involved in SFT/HPC show no interactions amongst them. Protein-protein interaction is necessary to understand the role of proteins in disruption of homeostasis, normal physiology, and disease in living animals. It also provides data relevant to the proteome. This results suggests that more in vitro study needs to be done in order to identify missing links and or interactions amongst these proteins.
